The summer meeting 2016 of the Dutch Bryological
and Lichenological Society (BLWG) was held
June 11-18 on the Swedish island of Öland. A
report is given of the 230 bryophytes and 410
lichens that were seen during the field trips. The
list of bryophytes includes 13 Red List species
and 8 first records for Öland and Gymnostomum
viridulum as first record for Sweden. Fuscidea
