Eighteen species of genus Candelariella on southern Ukraine are given. Among them Candelariella oleifera H. Magn. is a new for Europe, Candelariella efflorescens Harris et Buck, C. deflexa (Nyl.) Zahlbr., C. faginea Nimis, Poelt et Puntillo, C. plumbea Poelt et Vezda, C. oleaginescens Rondon, C. senior Poelt, C. subdeflexa (Nyl.) Lettau, C. viae-lacteae Thor et Wirth are new for Ukraine. The species Candelariella arctica (Korb.) R. Sant. and C. placodizans (Nyl.) H. Magn. are dubious and not found in southern Ukraine. Candelariella cerinella var. unilocularis Elenk. is lectotypifyied here and synonymized to Candelariella aurella (Hoffm.) Zahlbr. The locations of all species, remarks and key to idenify are provided.
