Siphula ceratites is reported as new to China based on six specimens from Gaoligongshan Mts., SW-Yunnan. The species is identified by its unique chemical compound siphulin, and the identification was supported by the ITS sequence. The occurrence of Siphula in China in general is also discussed briefly. lichens, Siphula, new record, China
