During the revision of the genus Acarospora in the Magadan Region, A. versicolor was identified for the Russian Far East for the first time based on morphological, anatomical and molecular studies. Acarospora glaucocarpa and A. sinopica are reported for the Magadan Region for the first time. Detailed descriptions are given for each species, and distribution data are clarified.
