We present a genome assembly from a specimen of Platismatia glauca (lichen-forming fungus; Ascomycota; Lecanoromycetes; Lecanorales; Parmeliaceae). The genome sequence is 33.2 megabases in span.
Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 21 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 95.06 kilobases in length.
Keywords: Platismatia glauca, lichen-forming fungus, genome sequence, chromosomal, Lecanorales.
