Recent data on the lichen biota in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland. I. The genera Candelaria and Candelariella. [in German with French and English summary: ] The current known distribution of two Candelaria species and ten Candelariella species in the federal countries Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland is presented in grid-maps on the basis of 1:25,000 sheet. For all species examples of collecting sites are given. An overview on anatomical and morphological features as well as a key to the treated species are provided.
