A checklist of the lichen flora of Five Mile Woods Preserve in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, is presented. It is derived from a lichen biodiversity inventory of the 295-acre tract, which yielded collections representing 55 taxa. Catillaria chalybeia and Hyperphyscia adglutinata are reported as new records for Pennsylvania
