A checklist of the lichen flora of Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve is presented. It is derived from a lichen biodiversity inventory of the 134-acre tract, which yielded collections representing 77 taxa. Fellhanera montesfumosi, Lecanora subpallens, and Thelenella brasiliensis are reported as new records for Pennsylvania
