The lichen herbarium of the Trieste University (TSB), that contains ca. 8500
samples (average yearly input: 2000-3000 samples) has been computerized. Structure and information
content of the databank are briefly described, with particular regard to the samples
collected in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia Region (60.3% of the total).
