Twenty species of lichenicolous fungi presently known for the Ukrainian Roztochya are given. Lichen-hosts, distribution on the investigate territory and taxonomical notes for these species are presented. The description and illustrations for Stigmidium squamariae (B. de Lesd.) Cl.
